New website honors Lenny Dobens’ memory while guiding users through the Medicare supplement process

The Lenny Dobens Agency recently unveiled a brand new, enhanced website to better serve and acquaint clients and potential clients with the agency’s many areas of expertise in the field of Medicare supplement insurance. The new website will enable its audience to find valuable information, tools and resources they need as they begin to educate themselves and weigh their options to help fill the “gaps” in coverage they receive from basic Medicare coverage. 

“Medicare and specifically, Medicare supplement insurance can be incredibly confusing and overwhelming to even the savviest of consumers,” said Dorothy Dobens, director of The Lenny Dobens Agency and daughter of the late Lenny Dobens. “It’s our goal to continue the legacy our father created to serve the seniors of New Hampshire through educating them on their options in a caring and stress-free environment. It’s our highest priority to provide them with information, support, and the highest level of customer service as they prepare for the future.”

The website also features a soup-to-nuts tutorial on Medicare and all the additional options available, answers to frequently asked questions, and a look at the legacy of founder, Lenny Dobens who was well known in southern New Hampshire circles as a man who treated his clients like family.

The new website was designed and developed in partnership with Manchester-based visibility agency, Cookson Strategic Communications. It features an intuitive design, friendly tone with many “nods” to the essence of Lenny Dobens’ character and highlights the agency’s positive company culture through customer testimonials, and custom photography.
